Car was dirty upon pick up. No one did a walk around, nor were any forms given to fill out, for any pre-existing damage to the car. The rental agents were the least customer service oriented people I've seen in a long time. Payless=get less. This is the first and last time I'll ever use this company.

i just arrived from being deployed i got to the rental spot they told me they need a deposit no big deal but when they ran my card it wouldn't go thru apparently they don't accept cashapp card they said they will need a credit card i gave them my credit card and they tried to tell me that it wasn't a credit card the thing is it is a credit card they refused to accept it but when i checkrd my credit card balance they charged my card 6 times now i have to dispute this with my credit card company the add insult to injury i wasn... read more

Too rude staff got plenty of cars forcing customers to take specific car.

I spent an hour trying to reach the terminal by phone only to be hung up on. I finally reached a corporate customer service rep who could not answer my questions. When I picked up the van, the interior was filthy. Then, an hour and a half into a 14-hour drive, the change oil light came on. I tried calling customer service to fi d out what they wanted us to do and was hung up on and then left a voicemail. This is a 10-day rental and already having these issues. Will not rent here again.
