I feel like I should do a review since there are so many bad reviews on this place. We rented two vehicles and didn't have any major issues. We had reserved 2 mini vans and when we came to the counter we were told that they don't have any minivans but that they would give us 7 passenger SUVs for the same price. Other than the fact that the AC didn't work in the one SUV, everything worked out good. The one vehicle was a little dirty but nothing terrible.
I reserved an SUV. They only offered me a 12 seat passenger van. I said I was not comfortable driving something so large. They seemed very smug and said they would just cancel my reservation then. I asked if there were any other options available and they explained no, because they’ve fulfilled their obligation to me by offering a 12 seat passenger van. 30% higher than any competitor, car was not cleaned at all on the inside at pickup, I had to take it home and clean it before I would put my family in it, the windshield washer fluid was empty. The cars just aren’t taken care of, the people at the service desk were quick and friendly but that is the only reason for a one star
John Martin was world class, a complete professional and when we had to extend the rental he was more than accommodating.
