I give this place a zero star review, they suck it’s been almost 3 hours since I was standing in line haven’t even got helped yet. Then took another hour waiting in the hot California air for them to bring my car while they are bringing up cars nobody is even taking, they go to get other cars and come back with cars that nobody has bought. They suck!
Understaffed. Waited in line for 2 hrs. DO NOT USE AVIS, BUDGET, OR PAYLESS! GO TO ENTERPRISE
I'm not one to write bad reviews, but my experience with what was supposed to be a one-day rental at the Fresno airport Payless location for a quick business trip has been so outrageous it's a borderline civic duty to warn others. Pickup went fine, and when I returned my car less than 24 hours later (on time and fueled up), staff said they'd email my receipt. Pleasant staff, convenient location, good-enough car. Rodney and gale were great at front counter customer service. Friendly and very helpful. Overall experience with Payless rent a car was amazing and will gladly rent through them again.
