Do NOT rent from them- HORRIBLE. FAULTY CAR would Not Lock, RD side assistance verified it was faulty. It Took 24HRS to REPLACE, (I had to argue with them NOT to charge me for TOWING, & come take it to a SAFE PLACE). The stress dealing with this company pretty much RUINED our short trip based on being able to drive. Customer Service was horrible to deal with, unprofessional, countless calls, Unbelievable! Never again will I rent from this company.
1 person working.. SHAME ON YOU PAYLESS CORPORATE !! It’s a crime to put one person thru that much stress and pressure let alone making 25 wait in single file line for her .. if you can take our money you can hire people!
