On 11/24/25, I had an amazing experience with James Flores the Representative from Payless Kitchen Cabinets & Bath Makeover. This gentleman turned my frown upside down and around. His Professionalism was Awesome!!! His Knowledge of his Profession was Perfect!!! His Work Ethic was Excellent!!!! He allowed me to make choices of my own and follow my “Dream” shower vision. I’m Happy with my decision to choose this company. The Price Was Right!!!!
I've been living in Chatsworth for over 3 years. Needed a tub to pan conversion. Decided to go with Payless. The entire staff were professional and attentive. Ahmed my project coordinator helped along the way. Now I enjoy my spa water and my walk in pan. Definitely recommend.

Great quality and excellent process all the way from design to completion. Jesse was the best installer working hard to have our new shower shine. Payless is a great company to work with and they take very seriosly that customers are happy from start to end.
