I had my intake manifold replaced by them and I thought the service was great and affordable. Around 5 months later that same part they installed had failed to work putting me back in the same predicament. They do NOT do refunds and will fix it for free, however it is definitely NOT worth it. They claim the year warranty covers it and it was a defective part. I had them replace that same part as well as give me a new battery (battery life tends to be around 2 years for my VW). So I sat just about 8hrs in a chain brand auto repair shop yesterday just to get two brakes change, I end up leaving that shop. This morning someone recommended Payless to me, I was in and out little over an hour. Loved the customer service, the professionalism and the price. Joe you have gain a new customer as I definitely will be back.
