This place is terrible I will never bring any of my cars here again I brought my jetta here because car didn't stay on after starting. The owner Nate kept the car over 7days lied told me one thing then my family member another,had to call him everyday to follow up after he said he would call back in an hr never did made me pay upfront for car computer then wasn't sure it was that, when i had enough and asked him what's going on, He yelled wouldn't let me voice my concern and hung up on me ...Very unprofessional and poor cust... read more
Been taken my cars here for years.Had a2000 expedition just sold in 2024. Still take my 2009 land rover . Nathan is very honest and trustworthy person.Never had any problems.
This place was a life saver I was driving from new york to California and once I got there my transmission went dead I was stuck so when I took my car to Payless auto repair the owner was amazing and very understanding he worked on my car as soon as I told him my situation and then while I was in California I rented a car only for 2 day and my car was done and drives better then before thank you guys you made my trip back to new york easy and safe
