Sold a car to my father and it turns out it has a lien that he and supposedly they had no idea about and it got repoed during a family emergency trip in Texas. Called to ask about the situation and they said it’s a bank and MVD issue. How do yall not keep track of these things?
Shady things going on, you win a vehicle and they don’t want to sell it to you because of “reserve not met” when I asked the lady what is the reserve she said “I don’t know” really? lol
