Been going to this auction for 3 years and recently yard workers are helping themself to taking parts before the buyer purchases the vehicle. Need to hire some more upstanding people bout to quit this business because of these guys

Sold a car to my father and it turns out it has a lien that he and supposedly they had no idea about and it got repoed during a family emergency trip in Texas. Called to ask about the situation and they said it’s a bank and MVD issue. How do yall not keep track of these things?
