Overall, I would not recommend Paycom. We are a 140 person business. We started with Paycom in January. The integration was unorganized, confusing and data imports didn't always work. After integration, support is poor at best. Questions not answered, calls not returned, etc. If you try to escalate you don't get any response. The reason for the two starts instead of one, the Payroll module is pretty good. They seem to have that wired.
We love Paycom!! We were hesitant to change HR companies because of the overwhelming amount of work and unknown challenges during implementation, but we were told that Paycom would minimize the challenges and workload by their "hand holding". Our implementation team of Pete, Verhonda, and Courtney were amazing!! They walked us through everything to make sure there were no issues during implementation.
