Horrible service, had ongoing problems for years the entire time. Hilary Sammons my representative just very unprofessional and incompetent unfortunately. I finally gave my termination letter. Can’t wait to be done with this company.
We’re still in the early implementation phase, but our experience with Paycom has been great so far. Their team is responsive, organized, and confident in their ability to meet our expectations. While we haven’t gone fully live, everything we’ve seen and tested aligns with what was promised.
not a good experience with this app, takes too much time to get logged in. backend staff needs to get more focused
If you want easy to use software this is the best I’ve ever used! So simple to find and update information, benefits, sign documents and send them out to employees, I can even preview my paycheck to ensure it’s accurate before I’m paid & make changes if need be! It’s been a dream with Paycom! Highly recommend!!
