Paycom is a financially smart choice. It greatly helped reduce our payrolls and processing time. The staff are easy to work with and responsive to our needs.
Horrible experience. Used them for 2 years as an Amazon DSP and processed >$1 million in payroll. So I tried to use them again and they switched us to manual ACH draws.After paying over $1,000 in fees to process less than $3,000 in payroll I told them enough was enough. Now they are trying to charge us over $24,000 to close our account. Terrible
