Completely Disappointed in Paycom’s Customer Service As a business owner, I understand that mistakes can happen — but I also expect some level of partnership and fairness from the companies I work with. Paycom has been a great platform for us, especially the app version! Our team is always on the go and having the convenience of clocking in and out on your phone is very beneficial! It is also easy to make punch requests, check PTO hours, and pull up employee documents.
