I'd recommend against using this software.
Garbage software that constantly locks people out. This garbage software tries the patience and wastes the time of anyone trying to perform the simplest task. The employees hate it.
We've been with Paycom since 2021 and very happy with the experience. Support is helpful and it is nice having a dedicated rep to work with that knows your business and how the system works for you. The platform is fairly intuitive and easy to use both for the employees and admins'/supervisors.
We have used this Paycom office for our sales and implementation. We are 2.5 years in and still love it! What a great team to work with! I have been extremely happy with them for our manufacturing business.
