***Review Update*** They are now saying it will cost us $550 to file a W2C for an issue THEY CAUSED. I’m filing complaints everywhere. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE! AVOID AVOID AVOID. They do not take accountability and will refuse to fix an issue that if they handled would solve the problem. When seeing the letter for their own eyes that the wages weren’t submitted, they still refuse. DO NOT USE

App is terrible, we use it for work and if you clock in half the time it will say you never clocked in. Absolutely terrible for work purposes
I have worked with Paycom for years. The software is user friendly and employees like the ESS. Katie Caruso and Jasmine Jantzen are great and has help guide me through any issue I have had. I would recommend Paycom to anyone looking to upgrade their payroll experience.
I worked a event through ATN Staffing. I came home updated my bank information in paycom system. Closed my app. When the direct deposit went in on Aug 2, 2024. I had no direct deposit. Paycom for some reason had the correct routing number to my fifth Third account, but had a ridiculous bank account number. I can't go back through my number of emails back and forth with HR at ATN Staffing to find the number.
