Paycom is a robust platform that continuously works to improve the system and processes in place to serve their clients. The employee-side is user friendly on both the web version as well as the app. The client-side has a learning curve that can take a little time to master, but once a user understands the system, it truly works FOR the client. The reporting function is fantastic, and the client support is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Paycom has made such a big difference for me. The software is user-friendly and has eliminated a lot of the manual work. The payroll and HR functions have become much more efficient and streamlined. I can update salaries quickly with their upload feature instead of entering them individually. One of the biggest improvements is with open enrollment. This payroll company is NOT for small business. They value their larger clients so much more. The software is extremely complicated, not user friendly at all. If you don’t have a payroll specialist or an accountant on staff it will be very hard to navigate this software and this company.
