Date: 6/22/22 I signed up for Paychex Payroll services and selected, and paid for the whole package which included payroll processing, tax payments and preparation. I sumbitted the required documents and the company (Paychex) failed to collect or make the timely payments to the State of California. When I noticed the mistake, Paychex told me the amounts were not collected and I needed to pay them 32,000.00 so they payment could be made to the state. Thanks for holding on to my money right during the holidays and when im really in need of money right when i need to pay my bills and starve.. everything was good untill this happened. You guys ruined my 4th of july. Now im broke and overdrafted...... cant believe you guys

I regret that I am unable to give a no star rating. By far one of the worst customer service companies I have dealt with in years. I was on hold for close to 45 minutes. After someone finally answered the phone and I described my issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor. They will not transfer the call. They tell you someone will call you back. Three days later still no return phone call. Then after calling back again and being put on hold for 40 min, all they want to know is why you were calling. I'll try to explain to them ... read more
