It's time to find a new payroll company. RE- The ERTC grants. I was told 25k per employee. I was told 10% to PX. 3 employees. They take the 10% when they start the process, before you get your funds. Total 75k. When all was said and done I got 51k. They still took their 10% of the 75k. I questioned it and was told.....too bad. This is the second time something was presented to me with the reality being different to the actual outcome. I've been with them 20 years. I have been a customer for several years and their service has gone down hill. No one returns your calls including management. Very frustrating when you are trying to process your payroll on time. Looks like its time to move on.

They are the worst payroll company I have ever dealt with. The only consistent thing about them is how inconsistent they are.

Paychex bought out my existing payroll company. Paychex is so rude over the phone and so disorganized. They seem to want to cause issues and confusion. I can't trust a payroll company that doesn't take payroll seriously.

Avoid this company at all cost. They will charge fees that they have promised not to take out. Go use Gusto. They are transparent about their fees and way faster regarding handling issues. I have been waiting more than 2 months to just to get a document and they are saying that they cannot find the document... Umm... If you guys can't find it, who can? What a joke this company is.
