The worst customer service I’ve EVER had. Your chat is the worst!!!!!!! Really. Do you guys even pay attention to how long it takes to communicate and the vague answers they give? NO HELP AT ALL! Waste of my time!
We have been using them for a couple months and in both months they have been overpaying my employees. When I called them, they were very hostile and rude.
Absolutely incompetent company and employees. We have 3 simple small businesses with less than 10 employees each. Multiple months payroll doesn’t get ran, we just found out last month that they didn’t correctly do our withholding tax and we have a fee from the IRS. Paychex said it would be 20 days before someone calls us to talk about it. It’s been more than that now and no word. I truly regret trusting Paychex with my company's payroll. They regularly miss overtime pay for my team and their customer service is non exisistant. I have requested an orientation for months and they have said they'd do it and then nothing! My team doesn't like dealing with them. No one will actually pick up the phone and call you back.
