If i could give this company 2 stinky toe's down, I would. I have called several times with 0 results. First I spoke to Abby, she had the thick accent. Couldn't understand what she was saying. I've been with paychecks for 13 years and they have gone downhill every year. They are so bad now I'm going to switch to a different company
I genuinely thought Paychex had my best interest in mind. I was told cancellations were easy, and when they offered their retirement plan, it was presented as a straightforward, low-risk option. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true at all. I’ve only used the 401(k) for one month. ***Avoid at all costs*** Absolute joke. Edit: It's taken me 5 hrs of correspondence with their "team" because of their sheer incompetence. I've emailed the "reviews inbox" we'll see what that does. All they do is let you down!
HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. All parts of this company. Service Terrible. They have made many mistakes on my very simple payroll runs. All around waste of time and money. Take your money elsewhere.
