Paychex has been unhelpful for the entirety of my professional experience with them. The departments are fragmented meaning there's no communication, the representatives are rarely of any help, it's nearly impossible to reach someone who can help you, and there's a good chance they'll ignore you when you present your problem. I would avoid Paychex under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs.
The worst customer service I’ve EVER had. Your chat is the worst!!!!!!! Really. Do you guys even pay attention to how long it takes to communicate and the vague answers they give? NO HELP AT ALL! Waste of my time!
