Paychex Cobra processes for a policy incorrectly being cancelled are insufficient. This has happened to my policy 3 times in 3 consecutive months despite timely payments. Paychex believes the insurance is active, but the carrier shows the insurance inactive. Paychex is required to the handle the matter as the carrier will not speak with customers who have a custodian.
