We have used PayChex for years with good results until this last year. They will not call back and will only send an email saying their tax department is looking into it and will contact me that day. Well, no-one has called. Their errors have cost me over $10,000 in State withholding penalties and interest alone.
Paychex has no record of why they did not file our W-2’s for our employees. We spoke to 10 different employees today. Nobody can figure it out. We have no record of them ever determining to not file our W-2’s. We started making calls to receive our W-2 since 8:00 AM and it is currently 4:00 PM. We now have to escalate this with legal action. Excessive fees, reps that don't know what they are doing. don't respond or do withholdings properly when repeatedly told what to do and then charge you more for it. Had to pay others to fix the issue, while still having to pay for the wrong work. Even the client retention specialist cant make the meeting they set up....no call or email the entire day of the scheduled meeting.
cant get what i need i always get someone's voicemail an no call back dropped there service as i cant run my business like this
Difficult to communicate with. No one seems to know what they are doing. Way too many errors and incapable of fixing anything in a timely manner.
