I was a loyal customer for over a decade, and have left them today. I haven't processed a payroll since March due to Covid, yet they're billing me $59 a month. They are not small business friendly any more, haven't been for a long time, and I have other options that are equal or better for less.
I have had exceptional service from our paychex representative (Miss Annette). She routinely goes above and beyond to ensure the employees from my family's business our paid accurately and on time. She is always happy to help me with extra paperwork I might need for my employees, or for the government even when she has a heavy work load. We will continue to use the services of paychex due to the great service provided by Annette. They shut off your Flexible Spending Account without notifying you first. Very embarrassing when your card gets rejected, in front of others. I had $1000 in my account and couldn't buy my medication, costing $6. They want medical receipts from medical offices, including hospitals. What else would I be using it for in places like that? Not user friendly at all!
just the worst experience with this company, sales people charge your account without your authorization, tell you lies and b.s. about what their bottom of the line pricing is, charging over $1250 out of my account and was refunded but still not 1 person knew why it was taken out and for what reason, i think this company feeds off of small business and over charges and just hope to play the ignorance game unless you catch it and speak up on the charges they will just keep taking, its only been 1 month, now i have to go throu... read more
The worst company ever, randomly just charge my account, you really have to watch these guys. I'll never use them again, nothing but problems since day 1
