As my previous 5-star review (below) indicates processing payroll is very accurate and easy. My problem is the Paychex's HR package for small business. It is way over-promised, way over-priced and they are really inflexible. On the front end they promise to have a solution for your specific need. But, once you are signed up they cram you with a bunch of stuff you do not want, need or ask for. Before the sale you hear a lot of "we can do that." Not even a customer with this company anymore and they keep pulling money out of our account !!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. they do not communicate with you at all
I used paychex for years. They are the worst. They would double my employees pay some weeks and then act like it was no big deal. Recently they keep switching reps and messing up everyone's time and telling me Im doing something wrong.. funny was doing it the same when there weren't problems...so i call to make sure we get it perfect this time....checks all came back wrong....im done with these people...i recommend you not even give them an opportunity to screw you over...they will.
If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would. The service is HORRIBLE! I have been trying to get delinquient state tax notices taken care of for over 2 months. I don't know what type of Mickey Mouse operation is being run there but my 4 year old could do better. I fired them because of this. I love how they call everyone "specialists". This ia far from the truth!
Withholding taxes sent to wrong account but of course it's not their fault!
