We left Paychex last year after several mistakes they made. Imagine my horror when I opened my payroll account today and saw they took out $20,326.25. Apparently they linked our old account with them to a different business and charged us for their amended tax return. After hours on the phone, they have now stopped the payment and hopefully the money will be back in our account in 3 days. We are a small family owned business, who have payroll checks out today.
