Paychex is making a major shift to non-human agents. They seem to think AI is the answer to everything. Very disappointing. The company is shrinking because of their terrible business model. The one good thing abt the company is their donations to local small business and non profits.

If you have a chance to avoid using paychex for FSA or HSA, I highly recommend it. They make reimbursement and receipt processing so painful, I wish I'd used post tax money to pay my provider instead of the paychex issued payment card

Paychex Flex is an easy and straightforward platform for doing your payroll. And support is just a call or email away. They are very helpful when you need it.

Paychex is a great payroll system! My only "complaint" is that they are a bit too expensive in comparison to other payroll services. They do however have a wide range of payroll and HR services that they offer.

On Oct. 8, Oct. 9, Oct. 10, and Oct. 11, Paychex said they mailed out my reimbursement for my FSA account. Those checks never came. I was argued with about how I was to receive my checks. I was told to select the Direct Deposit box. I told them I dont want a direct deposit. I wanted paper checks sent to me. I had to request a manager to ensure I was getting paper checks. Why did I have to argue about what I wanted? On Oct. 22nd, after arguing the point with multiple people at Paychex, I was sent another sent of checks. Again... read more
