If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. They caused me so many problems I don’t think I can squeeze it in this box.. use any other company but this one .. every department of this company is absolute trash..
Terrible place for a small business. I've had to fight for months after terminating my relationship with paychex to stop them from taking money from my account. I've been charged for multiple services I didn't sign on for. I have to close my bank account to prevent further theft. Quickbooks has been amazing, highly recommended using their services.
