I made the mistake of switching from ADP to Paychex and I regret it already. The implementation process has been a nightmare.
It is terrible customer service. The specialists NEVER answer your calls or email back to you.Stay away from this business.HORRIBLE.
A company would have to devote a great deal of energy to offer WORSE customer service. The level of communication is all but non existent and save for calling the sales department, it is almost impossible to have a call or email returned promptly.
