Hauppauge NY I never had a problem. Since they gave me a new specialist all I have been having is problems to find also that my payroll is done from PA. Still waiting for a Supervisor to call me back. Guess its time to change!!! So upset with what is going on. Been a client for years now and its terrible and have to pay for a service that Im not getting!!!
Customer service is terrible! No work ethic. Still waiting for an issue to be resolved that should have been rectified quickly. Needed money for unforeseen expense and still waiting.
