We left Paychex last year after several mistakes they made. Imagine my horror when I opened my payroll account today and saw they took out $20,326.25. Apparently they linked our old account with them to a different business and charged us for their amended tax return. After hours on the phone, they have now stopped the payment and hopefully the money will be back in our account in 3 days. We are a small family owned business, who have payroll checks out today. Hauppauge NY I never had a problem. Since they gave me a new specialist all I have been having is problems to find also that my payroll is done from PA. Still waiting for a Supervisor to call me back. Guess its time to change!!! So upset with what is going on. Been a client for years now and its terrible and have to pay for a service that Im not getting!!!
Customer service is terrible! No work ethic. Still waiting for an issue to be resolved that should have been rectified quickly. Needed money for unforeseen expense and still waiting.
