Paychex representatives give poor customer support. If a problem with the account occurs, good luck getting it rectified. It takes countless phone calls and emails. Be sure to copy the representative’s manager or they will be “Out of the office” a lot. While trying to straighten out your account, they're reporting to credit bureaus. My boss wishes we’d have fired them a year ago. I recommend not risking association.
