Paychex is an awful company! They made numerous withdrawals that were not authorized and when confronted I had to speak to numerous people, got transferred many times and finally many days later had the money returned to my account. I eventually switched companies and they CONTINUED to make withdrawals, overdrawing my account several times!! I would call to correct the problem, they would say it was taken care of, then a few days later take MORE MONEY

Failed to deposit funds into my account on pay the girl said it was because i had 0 hours from the week prior our book keeper has done pay roll for 10 plus years with no issue. They told me the deposit will be made shortly I have been waiting since 8 o'clock this morning for my weekly pay. Still no deposit.
