First had to go to Paychex flex. Email instructed me to go to my dashboard and follow steps they called for. They were not available where they said they were so I had to blindly look for a solution. I then called to talk to a rep for another issue, the 5 minute wait they promised was 20 minutes. A rep finally came on and after answsering my questioned I began to explain, politely, my frustration with their Paychex Flex she hung up on me. There has to be someone better out there.

I have worked with Multiple HRS companies in the past and this, by far, has been the worst. Customer Service is non existent. Every system is designed to make your life more difficult. Good luck getting any help when you need it. They excuse all of their bad behavior. And for the love of god stay away from their 401k and benefits services. Atrocious.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They are absolutely the worst! DO NOT GO WITH THEM unless you are ok with not getting any responses, not having your quarterly taxes filed (although they are paid to manage the filing), takes a month to find the right person to provide details on benefits. They are beneath the worst!!! They are dismissive and have simply been an exhaust of time and many headaches. It is WORTH the money to go elsewhere.... ANYWHERE but them!! DO NOT USE THEM at all!!!

Hello, I was a previous client in 2021 with you all and I have been trying to retrieve my year end statements for both of my locations for 3 months now. I have sent several emails, called several times. Spoke with several people and they stated someone would contact me. 3 MONTHS later I'm still waiting AND I'm still being charge for one locations and I haven't ran payroll since the summer of 2021. PLEASE FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give them a zero, I would. This is a very dysfunctional company. We changed to them almost 3 months ago. They have NEVER about one payroll correct. And no one calls you back. Absolutely the WORST payroll company we have ever used!!! Do not use them, there are so many other choices out there. Seriously horrible. Pay checks not arriving, incorrect, no response, you name it, it’s happened. Stay clear of this company!!!!
