The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In the last 6 month this company has gone so far down its not even funny. From being understaffed to downed computers with no backup from corporate this company needs a total revamp and a new manager. They have an excuse for every failure. If you want to play Russian roulette with your employees paychex, then this service is for you! If you like your employees to be over paid and have your rep scream not my fault, then this company is for you. I'm done!
