Terrible, unfortunately the company I just started with uses Paychex. I have been trying to set up a new account to review paystubs, etc but it keeps tell me that I have another account and wants me to sign in with that account and I can not figure out how to bypass it and tried to call but they keep transferring me to the intake thinking I have a comp claim.
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company ever wish I would of looked at the reviews before signing up. If you think they are pay your taxes you are dreaming. If you Dont want to spend months trying to fix there issues I would think twice about starting up with them for your payroll. Also I will make sure to leave a 1 star review each month that's just how much I hate this company.
Can't express how horrible this company is. DO JOT USE PAYCHEX for ANYTHING related to your business unless you absolutely LOVE spending LITERALLY HOURS AND HOURS ON HOLD, having no one ever call you back, constantly being transferred between "different departments" and having to explain your situation MULTIPLE times all to people that either don't care to help or "can't help, but they will transfer you... If I could give half a star I would. I canceled my account at the beginning of this year and I am still getting service charges. When I called to ask why the person on the phone stated that they are very backed up in that department so it could take a while to cancel my account and I'll be getting charged till that happens. I would rather hand wright checks for my employees and to all the work then EVER use them again.
I absolutely hate that my company uses Paychex! The website is the worst platform I have ever had the misfortune of using. It is constantly glitching, making me have to re submit payrolls. I have reported this issue to the company at least 4 or 5 times over the last year and a half and it still happens frequently. I have wasted so much of my time troubleshooting its ridiculous. If you have a choice, I would suggest going with literally any other company.
