Just an update on my previous review. It's a week later and my BWC issue has not been addressed. I am getting delinquent/nonpayment notices. I have emailed my contact at Paychex numerous times and have not received and update or reply other than to the first email saying she would forward it to the proper department. I have wasted so much time and energy with this company. It's absolutely awful- THEY CAN'T EVEN FULFILL THE MOST BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF PAYROLL!!!!!!!

The level of incompetence I have experienced in setting up a simple account is astounding. Avoid this company at all cost

My employer uses this service and its absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend Paychex payroll services to anyone. Recent issues have been a representative from paychex replying with, we released the funds to your bank. We'll i find that hard to believe when my direct deposit is distributed to four separate bank accounts. Do a better job Paychex, it's a shame a rating is required to post this review

I was just cold called by this company who lied and said I had expressed interest in using them for payroll services. I never expressed any interest in them BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY EMPLOYEES! Do not trust them, they lied to me, they will lie to you!
