Paychex is by far the worst payroll provider I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, they are not helpful and their fee structure is terrible compared to other companies out there. I fired Paychex last year after they repeatedly filed my withholdings taxes incorrect and not on time. I had to pay over $5,000 in fees due to their incompetency. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. False charges every single month. Over and over again. Also, I am STILL waiting on my W2 so I can do my taxes (already filed for an extension once). I’ve been asking for it since beginning of Feb. 0/10 - would never recommend Paychex for payroll company.
This company is refusing to provide W-2s for several people that need them.
The WORST company EVER!!! if you own a company NEVER use them they will not help with any issues they will always tell you it is the employers fault and never take care of any issues first it was my fault even though I could access my account and thy weren't providing me with all the info payroll companies should I called requesting help and they blamed my employer I've spoke to 4 different employees that blamed me and my employer but funny thing we finally got a hold of 1 employee that finally fixed the issues and explained... read more
