great very easy to do payroll and very reasonably priced. Possibly the lease expensive online payroll company.

Years ago they had great customer service- they were knowledgeable and helpful plus you had a payroll specialist for at least a year. Now, it is so extremely frustrating and unprofessional. There are new service people every month or so and most are not trained. There are errors on payroll almost every payroll cycle and today, for the first time, (10 years with them) payroll will not be correct and my employees will not get paid on time! Destroyed our 30 year relationship. We’ve been with Paychex (originally Oasis) for nearly 30 years, and it has been a slow, frustrating decline ever since Paychex took over. What used to be a supportive, reliable relationship has turned into an absolute nightmare.
