Worst payroll company I've ever dealt with. I called multiple times to cancel my service, but no one in the billing department ever answered. They kept charging my bank account even after my cancellation attempts, and I had to block the payments through my bank. Now they're sending me a bill for a service I tried repeatedly to cancel. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

If I could give Paychex zero stars, I would. After years of dealing with them, I can honestly say this is one of the most incompetent companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Payroll is the single most important service a payroll company provides, yet Paychex has managed to make repeated payroll mistakes that I’ve had to catch and fix myself. Worse business ever . Hiring a payroll company is suppose to make your life easy and less stressful definitely not the case Dan Mangano makes it sound like it is the greatest thing hiring them then once you hire him disappears and you get passed on to many other people. When there's a problem no one fixes them other than pass you on someone else. I haven't been with them for 6 months and still have issues with stuff they didn't do right .

Wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They bill for stuff that was never talked about and make it nearly impossible to cancel any services. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t reccomend this company to absolutely anyone.
