During the time I used Paychecks in 2022 for 1 year- it was incredibly difficult to get all of their team to work together. I ended up calling it a wash and moved on. However, I just recieved an invoice from the Department of Revenue regarding their not taking out the correct amount of funds.. I am glad I switched because this just reminds me what a challenge it was to work with them and I continue to see the challenges 4 years later.

Extremely slow and frustrating with the phone access. All the employees seem to very poor at English. The employees don’t use email and can’t carry out basic functions. Multiple hours in the phone with no help.

Called to cancel in November of 25 and I am still getting invoices. They have not sent w-2s and when I call I can’t get any answers on why my guys can’t get the w-2s. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

Constantly changing staff. Lack of ability to answer basic questions. Regular mistakes on Time Off Accrual reports (tracking leave when it's clearly noted in payroll information - and then not getting it right after it's supposedly taken care of - not rocket science). One person from PayChex sends an email, a different person responds, and than a different person, and a different person and question still not answered.
