Very disappointing experience. Should’ve never transitioned to them.
This is the absolute worst service you can use. They use a less effective password, less available characters, the app is the least navigable that I have used. The cherry on top is I can not download my w2. I can see it as a pdf on my galaxy s24 but there are ZERO options to download it. I want it physically on my phone. Not Google drive that I don't use. You're a useless company that isn't good, isn't cheap. GKYS
