My review matches the sentiment. Used them for 10 years, last 3 they have really crapped on us. Reps are useless, impossible to get through, messed up multiple pay roll tax filings. They know it's very hard to move payroll companies so they have you.
WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!! I HAVE 3 BUILDINGS WITH THEM AND THERE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS AN ISSUE EVERY WEEK!! THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY FULL OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM !! DO NOT!! DO NOT!!! NEVER NEVER!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
Paychex is not good any longer. No customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone
The lost horrendous and incompetent 401k operator in the history of mankind. Completely frustrating
STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!! Time and money will be lost and customer service is just as rude when you do get the chance to speak to someone. I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get answers to their overprice payroll system.. I purchased 401K plan and it was never disclosed that there is a $3000 charge only to write the plan. I didn't do my homework first and got screwed.
