I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Paychex has been extremely disappointing. I have spent months trying to resolve issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. My quarterly Form 941 was delayed, I had to make repeated calls and send multiple emails just to get updates, and I was often told to “wait another week” with no resolution. I came to leave a review because of the horrible experience I’m having with them and I am so devastated to see how many negative reviews they have and now it makes so much sense! What a nightmare I started the application process, then when I fished I had to pay a whole heap of fees which I declined and went somewhere else Some how paychex opened a WC policy that never had or made any payments to due to the outrageous charges and fees to start Now they are saying I owe almost 7k for an audit towards a policy I never had This company is a huge scam and won't take responsibility for there actions
My review matches the sentiment. Used them for 10 years, last 3 they have really crapped on us. Reps are useless, impossible to get through, messed up multiple pay roll tax filings. They know it's very hard to move payroll companies so they have you.
