I’ve been trying to get in touch with Paychex recently in person, and it’s been extremely frustrating. With no receptionist available in person, getting a simple question answered has become unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, it seems like there’s no clear disclosure that this is now primarily an online-only business, which makes planning and communication even more confusing. I expected better accessibility and transparency from a company of this size
I just can't anymore with this company. 1 or 2 or even 3 times of not receiving my check on time is one thing, but this is the 8th time this has happened with no real explanation as to why the payroll is incomplete or checks haven't been sent is absolutely ridiculous!
I found this company very intrusive. They started calling my personal number even though I never provided it to them, which feels like a serious violation of privacy. This behavior is unacceptable, and if it continues, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I strongly advise others to be cautious.
We have been with Paychex for many years and they are professional, helpful, and polite. Any challenges over the years were prioritized and solved immediately with courtesy. Very happy with our relationship.
Horrendous! I am totally surprised they have time to come on to Google to respond to the plenty negative reviews, but cannot answer calls, emails, or get your w2 corrected correctly. The 1.9 star should explain plenty. No need to respond to this review.
