I've been using Paychex since 2009. The service was always great. Some reps were better than others, but mostly if there was an issue it would be attended to until it was resolved. Lately, though, customer service is completely absent. I have had an ongoing issue for almost 5 weeks now, with little to no follow through, and nothing even close to a resolution. Paychex, does a good job of keeping you well informed. And addressing any concerns you may have.
Canceled service back in February due to poor customer service. Still being billed for services now in July! We had a dedicated payroll specialist they never answered the phone, or respond to emails in a timely fashion. We had to call customer service number for all issues with long wait times. They do not care about their customers, they just want their weekly deductions from you
Terrible company. Would not give me a statement of account, failed to deliver the balance to be rolled over in a timely manner, most service personnel are offshored and know very little other than what is scripted. Communication takes hours upon hours. It was and is my money they are holding. The response given by Paychex below did not help. They would not give any information online.
