Terrible company. Would not give me a statement of account, failed to deliver the balance to be rolled over in a timely manner, most service personnel are offshored and know very little other than what is scripted. Been using this service for over a year, and I am now looking for a replacement payroll service. I am also busy throughout the day, however, whenever I call for my representive, he never answers his phone. I keep getting emails to take advantage of benefits but nobody knows how to reach them either. BOTTOM LINE - this company doesnt try very hard, everybody I speak to is extremely lazy. Horrible experience, they did everything they could to milk money. Wouldn’t choose paychecks if my life depended on it. More practical rating would be 0 stars but it isn’t an option.
