Horrible experience, they did everything they could to milk money. Wouldn’t choose paychecks if my life depended on it. More practical rating would be 0 stars but it isn’t an option.

When you need to transfer your 401k plan, they charge small businesses 1500 dollars. They didn't explain this exorbitant fee to us at the outset.
Worst company ever. Was enrolled automatically and spent months trying to opt-out. Just keep opting me in and taking money out of my paycheck when they weren't supposed to. Can't get any help from customer service. Don't get involved with this company unless you want a headache.
Wow the problems they've caused me and my business. Find anyone else, will never go back and they are supposed to be the local hero. anyone else will do you better
