Worst customer service imaginable. By comparison every post office in the country is 5-star.
Horrible customer service, unresponsive agents and absolutely no customer care and support! Do not give them a chance. RUN
This company is HORRIBLE. Constant late 941 payments, MONTHS behind, causing us not only a huge headache but charges with the IRS. Refusing to give us copies of what they filed. They filed the 941s 10 days after they sent 6 months of payments, but conveniently forgot to add what quarter it needed to go to. It took 3 hours on the phone with the IRS to fix it all. DON'T waste your time.
This was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. The company represented that it would file required reports with the IRS on our behalf, but those filings were not completed as promised. As a result, we incurred IRS penalties and interest that could have been avoided. We also discovered charges on our account for services that were either not performed or could not be adequately explained.
