Hands down the worst payroll company ever. We received a certified letter from the IRS for my unpaid payroll taxes from last year, threatening to seize our assets. Paychex has failed to pay them, even though they took the money.
They mess up my payroll every other week. I don't understand the incompetence of these people.
Paychex failed to deposit my payroll taxes. Then when the IRS came calling, Paychex lied and said they had made the deposit. They had not. The IRS seized my refund and recorded liens. Paychex finally admitted they blew it, but won't reimburse the $20k in penalties and interest caused by their negligence.
If you want to waste your time being transferred to 5 different departments then end up at the main menu where you started this is the place to call.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! I am so glad that we no longer use this company! I still have access to login and view certain details, but can no longer access check stubs, wage information, etc. Why can't I see information that I provided? Just because we found a better payroll company to use? I had to chat a BOT to get to a real person on chat, to get a 1st name only and # for my Paychex rep.
