Avoid this company like the plague. They are awful. Zero customer support, truly terrible experience.
It’s crazy I’m sitting here trying to pay my bills and this company literally taking my money like I was working to pay them.
Paychex failed to process our reemployment tax during our first quarter working with them and we were fined. Paychex completely ignored our seven calls and multiple emails to our account manager and their supervisor. We finally got the issue resolved in November, many months later, and made the decision to cancel our relationship. Paychex continued to bill our account even though we did not make payroll in Quarter 4 due to Helene. Here now in Feb. of the next year Paychex just debted our checking account again. Paychex is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Please do not use this company for any type of service, I had the worst experience of my life with them, read the reviews and you will know what I am talking about.
