Please do not waste your time with this company, we had them last year and they kept making mistakes with book keeping. They paid an employee who had left our company and the manager was in no way helpful or courteous. I was on the phone with them constantly trying to fix screw ups and they frankly don't care. I left paychex in January and it's the best decision I ever made.

I used Paychex for about 2 years. In that time they have lied to me on several occasions in regards to what they are responsible for as payroll providers. If that wasn’t enough they charge more than anyone local payroll company I have talked to. I am so glad I am finally canceling them and going with a local company.

I would give 0 if I could. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. When I decided to leave paychex they wouldn’t provide the forms that I needed. I reached out to managers and never heard back. Meanwhile I received harassing phone calls weekly from people trying to get me to purchase additional services. When I finally left I informed my rep that I was leaving and didn’t want them to run the upcoming quarterly reports- they went ahead and ran them anyway and billed me for them.

Judging by the plethora of 1 star reviews here, I am not alone in my complaints. And my complaints are in line with the rest. At the beginning, they talk a big game about what you'll get, wrap around services, making your life easier. But wait until you need something, like when I had a workman's comp audit. I emailed, and emailed, and emailed. If I didn't keep hounding them, it would have never happened.
