We have a somewhat complicated pool system for our infinity edge pool. And, a very old pump that was leaking. Rudy offered several options for fixing vs. replacement. He was thorough and professional in explaining the pros and cons of each, including where they fell on the price scale. There was no attempt at upselling, just an honest assessment of the choices.
