I recently went into the office of Payam Mehranpour, M.D. as the new east county rep for Active Health Services to talk about their referral program. Kayla & Julio at the front desk were super informative and nice, looking forward to creating a partnership with them.
Can not say enough good things about Dr. Mehranpour. He is my 97 year old mother's cardiologist. He is not only an outstanding doctor but he is also so caring and patient with her and his care is very comprehensive. His office staff are exceptional. I highly recommend him.
You cannot get a better doctors office experience than what you would get at Dr. Mehranpour’s office. Starting with his receptionist Kayla. Seriously, her phone etiquette is second to none! Every interaction, whether it's booking an appointment or just a quick query, is met with such warmth and a friendly demeanor. Then there's Julio, the nurse. Careless maybe the best discerption. My wife is pregnant and she was experiencing some heart problems. We went for an office visit. We saw the doctor for 2 min 37 seconds. And he was on the pager for good 2 minutes. Basically we saw him for 35 seconds, he said to the nurse make my wife an ultrasound and stress test and this is been three months we never heard back from them, never recommended this place they don’t care about their patients.
