The rudest customer service I have ever come across, wish I could give this place a 0. I witnessed the owner attempt to publicly embarrass another customer who was just requesting the price of a Lehenga. The owner raised her voice and told the customer she could not shop here as her pieces were £250+. The confrontation was completely unnecessary and unprovoked, it was clear she had passed judgement. An incredibly rude owner who needs to learn manners. Don’t shop here
Rude and questionable quality
If I could give it a 0 I would found a lengha gold and black absolutely adored it however after a month or so which I agree is longer then I should've left it I did not want something that at the time I thought was perfect but now see it as too much as plans ofcourse changed when I contacted this store yesterday on whether or not I can exchange I did not ask for a refund the lady answered and first said no we don't do but I will ask manager bare in mind the lengha was never worn tags still on so she says ill ask manager call... read more
Lady that works here wasn't loved by her parents, very rude. Dont spend any money here.
The most workers customer service I asked for dress trial the lady in the shop said it’s 290 £ if your gonna buy u try otherwise no Please keep staff who have better manners
