Dr Patel is always so reliable, and knowledgeable. Is always willing to assist with my medical concerns when needed.
Lack of communication from provider on what tests would be run. A 100%covered well woman’s exam turned into a bill for $173 bc provider did not communicate what tests she wanted to run. 8 months later and still trying to get it to resolve with lack of communication from office staff.
