Dr Jhawar is the kindest most passionate person I have had the pleasure to meet. She is an excellent physical with terrific chair side manner. In the past, I had never met a Dr that listens attentively and works with the patient . She listens to suggestions and becomes one with the patient. She gives whatever time you need within reason and does not rush patients out the door to squeeze in more bookings as so many doctors do. Dr Jhawar goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease! She is attentive and explains everything thoroughly. The staff is very friendly as well! Would recommend to everyone, especially if you have anxiety with doctor's visits. :)
Stunned at the lack of empathy and basic customer service from reception personnel . Saddened and frustrated by my experience.
