The check in service was awesome. The guy in the front was phenomenal and exhibited great customer service and communication. The check in process was quick and easy. I was seen by a student doctor who I’ll leave nameless. The consultation and visit were good. He was quite knowledgeable and offered good insight. All of this would’ve been 5 stars, but the follow up call for my visit was not given. It’s been a few days and I’ve still haven’t received a single call. Always able to get care when needed. Dr. Gaba is very caring as are the rest of the staff.
Registration staff are very friendly and helpful I was escorted to the silver pod where a medical assistant was waiting for me to take me to the exam room. I never even waited in the waiting room! The medical assistant was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Gaba is extremely professional and personable as well! I feel like I’m in good hands under her care. I had blood drawn in the lab and the tech was excellent. No pain and very friendly!
