I would like to shout out Uma! She is very humble person and always willing to help. She makes you feel very at home. She does all my services in a full satisfaction. I always love coming to her. Everyone here is very nice and caring. I highly recommend coming here!
I used to go to the Shelton Rd branch and they are pretty awesome, so I decided to try this location since I was passing by. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. I went for eyebrow and upper lip threading, and the work was not done properly at all. After I got home, I noticed a lot of hair still left on my upper lip — which was honestly disgusting. It's true when customers comment about them paying more attention to the conversations they are having in Hindi amongsts themselves then the service they are actually providing. It's uncomfortable to feel them speaking about you in 3rd person in hindi (pointing at you amongsts themselves) & then laughing outloud. Threading isnt all that great either, always have to finish it up myself afterwards, they do not pay attention to detail.
